Our thesis is that today climate change and poor health are the largest drivers for suboptimal existence and potentially extinction of humanity. [1] Our goal is to address the most impactful risks and problems limiting humanity to live better, longer and healthier.

Embrace change: We live in a constantly changing environment at home, work and more broadly, globally. Our customers, partners and employees experience changes everyday. We embrace change, learn and adapt, to drive our mission and vision.
Fearless, not flawless: Think big, evaluate the opportunity, and be ready to take swings that have huge potential. We are trying to change the world, and not every idea will work out, it's OK. The more we try the more likely we will succeed, so be prepared to fail and don’t let that stop you and share the wins and failures.
Enjoy the journey: Big change takes time and outcomes are not visible sometimes for a long time. Prioritize the smallest improvements on a day to day basis, things will compound over time. Enjoy and celebrate the process of pushing for better, as much as achieving it.
Ownership: Don’t let titles, roles and your job responsibilities define what you can do. If you see a problem you think you can solve, step up and solve it. If you see a problem that cannot be solved, but think it's important, flag it for others. Don’t assume things will get taken care of!
Be a good human: Respect, empathize and appreciate your colleagues, vendors, partners and customers. Listen with intention to understand, not just respond.
